Welcome to Tri-County Engineering & Inspections, Inc. (TCE&I), an engineering & inspection company specializing in replacement appraisals & baseline property condition assessments for commercial buildings and residential homes. TCE&I provides value-added architectural and engineering due diligence services throughout the State of Florida and beyond. The professionals at TCE&I have the technical expertise with engineering, real estate and finance backgrounds to deliver quality service. We are a licensed building inspector in the State of Florida, and maintain membership in the International Code Council (ICC). TCE&I is staffed by talented in-house engineers and consultants who are responsible for conducting the majority of the assignments.
